GET YOURSELF DEHYDRATED!

MasyaAllah, lately, right after CNY, the weather seems like have no mercy eh? Too hot,
over 37 degrees I bet. Luckily I'm living near to the beach, and kind of enjoying the
breezy but hot day. Alhamdulillah.. At least tak de la panas menggigit sangat.
I think I need to increase my fluid taking since my body not feeling very well
these few days. Warm skin, tight neck, back pain and joint paint.
Perasaan tak sihat memang tak menyenangkan.

Jadi, memandangkan dah nak masuk musim panas yang dahsyat Mac ni, we will face
a problem that people rarely take concern and precaution about this.
DEHYDRATION! Kebanyakan orang tak amik berat masalah ni, tapi sebenarnye
kite kene amik berat memandangkan Malaysia ni sangatlah panas. We need to consume sufficient
amount of water. Not only for beauty, but your inner organs vitality too. 

Our body might lose too much fluids from various reasons:

1) Sweating due to our daily activities like exercising and moving
too much.

2) Diabetes ( tend to have excessive urine output)

3) Vomiting and diarrhea

how ti determine whether your skin is dehydrated or not
